A Picture of Moses

Was Moses the deposed pharaoh Akhenaton?  Why would you care?  What relevance might it have to present-day affairs?

Dear Friends,

At the tender age of 17, I became a born-again Christian.  Prior to that, I had spent several years studying hinduism and, when I became a Christian, I continued to spend 2-3 hours per day studying the Bible.  This is what saved me (yes! saved me!)  from Christianity.  After about a year and a half of studying the Bible with a Greek and Hebrew concordance, and on my third pass through the entire book, it suddenly dawned upon me that  this book portrayed a "God" who portrayed the basest and most despotic proclivities seen in humans rather than any "divine" qualities.

Since then, I have been at odds to explain the emergence of the Judaeo-Christian meme (idea virus) which has devastated indigenous cultures and the Earth itself worldwide.  Having studied with Native American elders since I was 19 y.o., I realized that some of the biblical accounts are true, but others simply don't hold up to the record,  Egypt's history is very well-documented, including its wars with other nations, yet NO evidence exists to support the biblical account of captivity.  Now archeology is revealing the true history:  Moses was actually Akhenaton, one of the semitic, or Hyksos, pharaohs of Egypt and the founder of monotheism, who only venerated "Aton" the Sun and who ordered his generals to abolish the polytheistic priesthoods and cults which abounded in Egypt, thus earning his people's and his army's hatred.  Akhenaton was deposed and run out of Egypt for  what were perceived as his despotic and blasphemous acts.  Upon finding himself and his court isolated and vulnerable in the desert, and needing to create an alternate explanation for their presence there, lest those who came upon them realize that he was the despised Akhenaton and consequently murder or enslave them, the alternate history of the twelve tribes of Israel was concocted.  Yet, through and through, the evidence of Egyptian roots permeates "Jewish" culture, language and practices, beginning with that most-commonly used term for God, "Adonai" which means "The Luminous One" and is, in fact, synonymous with the Egyptian "Aton" which is the shining "Sun."

The deceit which lies at the foundation of Judeo-Christian religion also lies at the root of the political, legal, and historical lies that continue into present-day society.  Without an understanding of our journey and struggle for freedom and emancipation from international slavers, there is little chance that we will clearly see our path forward towards a destiny fitting for the full dignity of humans, rather than one that surrenders our children as the livestock of political thugs.

Michael Tsarion has done a remarkable job of both research and exposition of our remarkable journey and how our ancient history profoundly affects the Present.  Enjoy this archive of his talks, videos, and books:
